Social Impact Assessments
These are conducted according to the National Environmental Management Act and follow all best practices.
Social & Labour Plans
The development and implementation of Social and Labour Plans (SLPs) according to the Mining Charter Act. We also offer public consultation as per MPRDA requirements. This includes a thorough analysis of the social environment, engaging key stakeholders, and proposing programs that meet desired development goals. Additionally, we offer auditing and tracking of compliance of these plans to ensure you are adequately maintaining a license to operate.
SLP Community Communication
We develop social plans for infrastructure projects of all sizes. Much like the SLP, we conduct a baseline study of the social environment and devise plans that address the skills and socio-economic developmental needs of the communities in which the project is taking place.
Social Plans
The Mining Charter III requires that social labour plans are made available to communities. We will simplify your SLP templates and grant access to the communities as well as facilitate educational sessions to enhance the overall understanding of the SLP and the respective communities’ roles.
